Do Your Research
Buying new countertops is an amazing experience! Take a moment to see which products may be best for your project. See what products are trending and which surface will best suit your needs. Whether you are renovating a kitchen, bathroom, pantry/laundry, outdoor living space, etc., we will find the fit for you.
We recommend saving images of countertops you like on your phone as you search. Make note of surfaces you like so we can help you focus your search. If you have questions at any time don’t hesitate to call and speak with one of our designers!
Measure Your Space
It’s time for us to get an idea of what your project looks like. Take some pictures of your current countertops with your phone. This will give us a better idea of what we are looking at and help us guide you in your countertop selection.
We also would like you to provide us with a drawing of the space we will be working in. Please include the dimensions of the countertop area so we can determine the square footage. Final costs will not be determined until we have visited your home and created a template using our laser measuring equipment.

Seeing the stone in person will make all the difference in making sure that it fits your style. Our designers will incorporate your style and ideas into your space to ensure that the end result exceeds your expectations!
Receive Your Quote
Once we have seen your drawings and selected your stone, we can put together your initial quote. (Final pricing is based on our in-home laser measurements.)
In-Home Measurements
Now it’s time for us to visit your home. Stone Innovations will come to your house and we will laser measure your counterspace. This precise measuring system means your new countertops should fit perfectly. This is the point when we finalize details like which edge profile you prefer and you will make sink and faucet selection. With these measurements, we develop a CAD file of your project and review it with you.
CAD Drawing
We’ll present our designs to you along with samples of materials to be used and renderings of the space. If you’re happy with the plans, we’ll move forward. If not, we’ll make any adjustments you wish. Upon the final approval of your design and chosen material, your project will go into fabrication by our highly skilled technicians.
Fabrication
We are almost finished!! It is now time to take your slab into production. The stone cutouts are now sent over to a computerized saw, where, based on our digital measurements, the saw cuts and smoothes out the stone. The saw then adds the edge profiles and cuts out any spaces needed for your chosen sink and faucet. The countertop is then taken from the cutting room and hand-polished by our craftsmen.
Installation
The day is finally here!! Your countertops are ready for installation.
We’ll set a date and time for installation that’s convenient for you. With years of installation experience, we want to make sure we deliver on your Look of a Lifetime!
